We will send you an email confirmation and a PayPal payment request for the 25% deposit which you can pay through your PayPal account or with your credit/debit card without a transaction charge.

A 25% deposit secures your reservation with the balance payable on or before your arrival. 

Arrival and departure

Changeover day is normally Saturday during peak season and we are flexible at other times. Our guests are requested to vacate by 11:00 and arrival time is after 15:30 to allow for cleaning. However, we are very flexible over timings to suit your flight arrivals and departures. We live in the village and are happy to welcome you at Trabuco Heights apartment to hand you the keys and show you the facilities. We give you a contact number that you can call if you need any assistance during your stay.
